I am unable to answer the phone thru the day as I am working with guests at that time. Please use the website to answer all your questions. It is up to date and accurate. 

To get a basic idea, browse the Services Page to see what service is offered and the price of installtion and maintenance. You can also check the appointments page for possible next date open.

Anything specific to your hair requires the form below and an in-person consultation. Fill out the form, then book at hairextensionsbydenise.com/appointments

Because I am with clients throughout the day, I am unable to answer each communication directly. If the site cannot answer your question, text me at 855-489-6217 and I will respond to questions not answered by the site as soon as I am able.

Describe your current hair concerns, and list any health conditions, allergies, medications, or scalp sensitivities that may affect hair extension services. Type 'none' for health if none apply. Also if you need a timeframe for your consult and service.
Let me know if it is a specific date the hair extensions services must be completed by. If you do not have a hard date, just give me a roundabout for when you were thinking. If I cannot accomodate these dates, I will let you know asap & happy to refer you to someone else that may be able to accomodate.
